Throughout a lot of the episode i enjoyed the balance between pro-life and pro-choice, trying not to be biased toward either. Then at the end they pull a random fake clinic, and sideline the more interesting debate of morality on abortion. Which isn't too surprising, given tv's often want to avoid such debate. And there was also no consequences for the woman, even though she was equally or more so culpable than the guy, who was looking at 5 years. And i don't know how he got not guilty on the felony charge. I'd give them both at least 5-10 years. If they were adults, i'd give them at least 10-15. I did generally like how Casey was prosecuting this case though. She gained some of my respect for trying to be unbiased as she could.

Virginia sure gets mentioned a lot on this show. Way more than I would've expected. VA is not that close to NY...

Part of the premise doesn't make any sense to me. This father just let his 15 year-old daughter travel all the way to NYC by herself to visit colleges? Why? Why wouldn't he go? (Side note: is she 15, or 16? They said both ages at different times and were not consistent.)
And what about Wayne's parents? Why is no one wondering where the hell he is? He's on trial for a felony, but no one cares?

Also, she said she called the first abortion clinic that she came across. Why wouldn't she have tried another place once it became clear this first place was trying to dodge her?
