I always put the Law&Order series in a non serious category.... some episodes can be quite lame, yet still enjoyable for some reason. This whole little action made sense by the time Sergeant Ayanna announced she's not taking the job ( which we kinda had a gut feeling she will because - you know - there's not much going on this season ).

If this is the end of the Silas casino storyline, then... wow. What a weak ending. Did they not know where they wanted to go with it, or something? It felt so perfunctory.

What the hell was up with the layout of that building? There was only one exit? That makes no sense.
And why wouldn't the first hitman have tried to retreat/escape and wait if he knew that backup was going to arrive?

I know the episode titles for this show follow a theme for a number of episodes in a row, and the current theme of this season were songs from the 60s-80s. But naming this Last Christmas is a stretch. It barely had anything to do with Christmas, other than Jamie giving presents for a few seconds and the random decorations in the office background.
