This could have been a great documentary with some editing and without Kristin Chenoweth’s unnecessary interjections. Too many scenes were replayed and so many things repeated for no reason but to drag this out to several episodes it seems. It bothered me how she tried to insert herself into the story and victimize herself by saying, several times, how she should have been at the camp. All the self promotion and singing feel so out of touch, attention seeking, and disrespectful to the girls and their families. With that said, though the execution is awful this is a very sad, horrific, and interesting case I didn’t know about so I’m glad I watched and learned about it.
