Overall, I enjoyed this season more than the others so far. I know a lot of people say that this season has a lot of 'filler', but I found myself enjoying the bizarre nature of most of these episodes, even when they weren't really leading anywhere else. For me, it was a big step up from the previous season/part where it felt like battles were just going on forever across numerous episodes. Kira was a great villain too, definitely way better than Dio.

Pros:
-Some of the best episodes in JoJo
-Best JoJo villain
-Setting and the running gags
-The whole 'murder' story is fantastic because it is very different
Cons:
-Some of the worst episodes in JoJo
-A lot of episodes feel like fillers and are kind of pointless
-Josuke is a good JoJo, but not better than Joseph and Jotaro
-It's kind of complicated when your whole arc is carried by the villain, especially when he is just in half of the episodes
