Intelligence 2014

I honestly believe Chuck had a more believable premise. By trying to be 'realistic' they have forced me to think about how a chip like that would actually work. The data I/O would be impossible for the wifi they say he patches into. The processing power it would need would draw more power than a human could make and put out enough heat to cook him. I can let all the sensory hologram stuff go because they never try to explain it, so I assume it just works. Even if all this was possible, why is the chip faster than a server? They don't build massive server farms for kicks, you need that much computing power to do things like this.
With Chuck, the data was all in the brain, and the brain did the work. It also killed almost everyone it was put in, including Chuck. But Gabriel is just 'I just listened to every phone call ever made, it was totally easy'. Thats not super thrilling.
Chuck never asked me to take it seriously, so I didn't and it was great. Intelligence wants to be gritty and real, but it isn't. It's not very good.

The YouTube Trailer/preview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-nqhGQeniM

Seems interesting. Sort of like the tv show Chuck (http://trakt.tv/show/chuck), but more believable and less oriented towards kids. Added to watchlist.

I gave it a 7. Wasn't funny like Chuck, first couple episodes were simply not good but it got better as it went on. The concepts were really far fetched, honestly the only things keeping me watching were Josh Holloway being a super soldier nerd without the nerd, John Billingsley as the main scientist and Marg Hellgenberger as the leader. Ory wasn't bad either. But I almost junked it two episodes in. Now I'm actually sad they didn't do a second season as they ended on a really good season (not series) finale.

Actually got better than I thought it would be after I started, shame their isn't a second season.

Completed Season 1 of Intelligence and I feel it is a good show which would have been perfect if all the episodes were the same as E01,E02 and E13 :) Love this kind tech enhancement based shows! Recommend it!

Not the most realistic one, but it was an interesting watch either way.

Josh Holloway and Meghan Ory's chemistry is the only saving grace about this show. I hope they get cast as a couple in something else...

If this show gets any worst the producer should kill himself for being less than incompetent. Yup, it's that bad.

Hate to admit it, but this show is pretty bad. It's not thrilling at all. What puts me off most about it is it contains bad humour (the nutty professor and his son) while trying to be serious (the high profile chip). It's failing at both: the humour is bad and the seriousness is almost insulting the viewers'.. eh.. intelligence.

Frankly the only reason I watch it is because of Halloway and Ory, but this show is deleted from my PC after every episode with no plans to keep watching it.

I wish it were more thrilling and less "over the top sci fi". Like Homeland.

Just watched it because of Josh Holloway, acted great as Sawyer/La Fleur. Hope this is getting better.

pilot was weak, second episode was worst. i was hoping for a more mature and action oriented version of chuck, but its not even close to what chuck was.
