The bad: It's hard for a show like this to NOT be derivative, and this one is no exception. It also comes with a WAY overlong party scene that practically had me weeping for another generation. The good: The acting is FAR better than the writing (which isn't saying all that much) and is the only thing that keeps it from being a one and done for me. (Note to writers: You have to make your characters at least REMOTELY likable and give the audience SOME reason to root/care for them or that audience simply won't connect at all and will simply start to tune out or -- worse yet -- start to mock the whole thing.) So the not horrible acting and a certain nostalgia for the source material are the only reasons I'm still here. I'm not hooked yet, but I also haven't bailed yet, either.

Yeah, no. I'm too old for this type of show, even though I love slasher and horror but this is like a cw show. Maybe I'll watch another episode or even two but I'm not hooked so far.

Starts off with some pretty annoying characters and hoping it improves. Hasn’t grabbed me in the same way the TV series of Scream did.
