best shounen anime ever made
I have to say this is the best and greatest anime of all time! (and i've seen a looot!!)
It's not one of the typical 0815 shounen anime you might think of. It's full of action, fantastic plot, great character development, feelings and emotional. It has the right amount of comedy and drama and the characters are unique and individual. watch it regardless any gender. 10/10
Absolute Masterpiece. It's a mixed bag and doesn't stick to one or two themes. Every arc is very different to each other like: Exam, Business, Mafia, Politics, Biological Warfare, Science, etc. and it goes on! The world of HxH is very diverse and interesting that you will crave for even more, very similar to that of One Piece.
Also this anime has antagonists that are very well written and is nothing like in other shows.
One of my favorite anime's of all time. Still gives me smile on my face even after watching it 2 times already. I definitely recommend this to all who want to experience really good anime.
Never considered myself the type to watch anime but a very good friend convinced me to check this out as my first anime and I’ve got to say I’m so glad he did. This show is truly something special, I could write multiple paragraphs but that still wouldn’t do it any justice. I found myself consistently engaged with each arc and character, a few of them such as Meurem easily going down as some of the characters characters I’ve ever had the honor to watch. I can’t say it’s a perfect show because there’s some issues here and there especially throughout the emotionally rewarding but faulty final season but nothing can stop me from recommending this gem to anyone whether they are familiar with the world of Japanese animation or aren’t. It’s a fantastic show.
Really great main cast! But I think the pacing can definitely be improved during the ants arc -- I paused watching for over a year because the exposition and slow pace wore on me so much, even though I was loving it up to then.
Even so, I would recommend this even to people who are not usually fans of the genre just because Gon and Killua are so endearing. And the pacing discrepancies may not bother everyone.
Second Favorite anime after Death Note.
I believe this is the first Anime I ever watched. It got me hooked.
I really enjoyed it.
Looking back, I think this is why I liked Black Clover so much. With Hunter X Hunter having all of the different characters that have different physical and magical abilities. As well as the different storylines of the characters and in general.
Hopefully we get more episodes eventually!

definitely one of the best stories I have seen in animes, I read the books some time ago and wanted to give the anime a try, and I must say it really gives life to it !!
I didn't put a 10 because some points are bothering me throughout the story and it's not the best production, but I totally love the universe !!

Incredibly impressive, each one arc is an amazing story worth rewatching over and over again on it's own, maybe the best part about HxH is that it doesn't rely on tropes and creates original scenarios.

My first anime ever and I couldn't have loved it more. The Chimera and Yorknew arc in particular are amazing.
