Where the hell is Laurel?

Am I the only one happy that Laurel is gone? She was sooooo annoying in season 5. (Much like Wes before they killed him off.) Sadly, I'm sure this entire season will still center around her...Move on...
meh... the episode was a snoozefest
So I didn’t love this episode cause I don’t care much about the emotional stuff.
I just learned that Karla is no longer part of the main cast, I wonder if she asked out and that’s why they came up w Laurel’s disappearance or if they first came up w Laurel’s story, and I don’t wanna look more into it cause I’m avoiding any spoilers.
Oh and I really was hoping for Emmet to survive! I wanted to see more of him, even as the DA.
Some of the stuff I want for this season is finding out who killed Wes, see more of the Mahoneys (like Wes’ dad is still alive!), see Hannah Keating again, and for someone to piece everything together, maybe Rebecca’s foster brother can make a come back?
This is different... Also, I really don't miss Laurel.
