8.5/10. I have to admit, other than the original, this is my favorite Robin Sparkles episode. Turning her whole deal into a Behind the Music-esque breakdown, replete with a bunch of exaggerated, Canada-specific humor and celebrities was a nice direction to go into to revive the bit. Throwing in an Alanis Morisette parody (replete with meta gags with Dave Coullier, and meta-meta gags with Bob Saget liking his shtick) was inspired. So many laughs, and so many celebs making fun of themselves. Probably the best purely comedic episode of the season.

And they even tied it together with a little point for Barney about how anyone can be obsessed. I didn't enjoy his sojourn to Canada as much, but still, the core of the episode was solid. Ted's B-story with his psuedo-stalker and the Dobbler/Daumer distinction felt like one of those classic HIMYM bits, and the reveal that Lily had made some of her own luck in meeting Marshal was a nice way to bring it all together. Possibly the best of the season.
