Season 2

the first season, i believe it has been very Frank-centered, although the episodes about the relationship between Claire and Gallowey have had a satisfactory development and deepening in their history and, obviously, have explored Claire's personality well. But it was a very silent and passive Claire. In this second season, i'm glad that they allowed the character to be so strong, to have a unique prism while also reflecting Francis' personality, but showing us a still mysterious Claire, like a multi-layered matryoshka doll about to be discovered. Moreover, i also believe that this epilogue was predictable at the end of the dramatic arc which begins with Francis' wrath at the president's choice to keep him in the same position. Beyond the mere revenge or lust for power, or even the threechum, the meticulous manipulation of the mechanics of this game was a gradually developed and exposed element, without an intricate plot, but a direct and obvious journey, yet without disappointing. (by the way, i enjoyed some adaptations in the soundtrack, which in this season well illustrates a fierce journey through the fog of uncertainties and tensions).
