So well balanced. Every hero challenged. Every villain sympathetic. Every setpiece insurmountable.
This episode was just brilliant, every minute. There were times I had to remember to breathe.

that was freakin' intense.. loved it.
After its second year, usually Homeland has to be near the tail end of season for things to get this 24 tension and high stakes. Which really sinks it in for me that this is the final one.
That new president makes a very competent first impression ("Tell me what to do"). I have a good feeling about this.
Homeland is at its best here. It never gets boring, not for one second. It‘s not that often that a show is better than ever in its eighth season.
Episode 10/10. Absolutely flawless.
This is how a show like this should always be!
