Ginny & Georgia 2021

I could not stop watching this!!! I casually watched the first episode, then by day 2, I was finished lol. Great surprise with this one. I was able to keep up with all the twists and turns and I can't wait to see what season 2 brings us! Georgia is so badass. I can't front though... I'm rooting for JOE!!!!!

Good binge watchable show. I know Georgia lies a lot or does wild ass shit most times but I love her. That’s a good mom lol. Damn near the ONLY character I can tolerate on the show besides maybe Joe, Zion & Austin. Ginny is beyond annoying as hell... wow. Can’t wait for s2 (if we get).

Not sure if the splitting headache is from all the plot-twists and secrets or from the fact that I binge-watched all of this in two days.

Excellent series, crime, comedy drama .. entertaining.

Who wrote this?!?! What are their names?

It's basically a Netflix worthy series. If the woke propaganda machine would have exemplifying videos, this series would be it. Other than forcing agendas down our throats, it's quite entertaining.

First Netflix show I've liked in TOO LONG! Hear that, Netflix?

I have mixed feelings about this show. I’m no critic and my evaluation of shows is solely based on if I was entertained or not. SO I was entertained by this show, but some of the dialogue was so cringey that I almost wanted to turn it off after I heard it. That’s coming from someone who normally doesn’t MIND cringey shows.

Brilliant, that's all I'm going to say

the show is great and I love the character Georgia so much, she´s full of energy and always cares about her kids. Although she had some terrible ups and downs at the past, she still keep up and trying to give her children the best she could. At the last episode I get so annoyed by Ginny. She wants Georgia to tell her all the truth but at the other hand, she hide the secret from Max too. How did that make sense? Then somehow she start to blame all the people why they are so mean to her. Hello girl?

This show could have been great but if key form by bring overly melodramatic with a major plot point being quite far-fetched. The dialogue and characters are well-written but I dislike the casting. The actress playing Georgia has charisma and comic talent but she's just too damn model-like to relate to. Meanwhile, the actress playing Ginny is too dull and unlikeable. Sometimes I got really into scenes or episodes and other times I thought about giving up. I'll probably try a couple episodes of season 2 but with some skepticism.

Is there only one lesson in this school - english?

I just loved it. And I love how Georgia doesn't let the past define her.

You know you are doing something horribly wrong when the central character (ginny) is more unlikable than the other central character (georgia, who is deranged, liar and a murderer). I see the need to include modern american culture here, but do they needed to make Ginny that annoying. Teen angst aside, Georgia was her age when she had to raise a child on her own, survive abusive relationships. Sure it did mess her up. But Georgia is a relatable character, her love toward her children knows no bound. Ginny could cut her mother some slack. It does show great foreshadowing.

The fact that I like Georgia (the criminal and liar) or literally any other character more than Ginny says a lot. She's so insufferable, unlikeable, and ungrateful sometimes. It's clear I'm supposed to like her, but I just don't 99% of the time.

Yes its cheesy as hell, and the dialogue is so silly but also season two has some of the best representation of therapy ive seen. It shows mental health issues from different perspectives. Ginnys actions all make sense learning about her childhood and how her mom treated her getting help.

Show itself is good but why is noone talking about how TOXIC Georgia is?

What a unique diabolical twisted edge of your seat drama about a young mom and her 2 kids who move to a suburban upperclass city to start fresh, but things turn dark as the mother's past and method of keeping her kids safe is dissected in the narration that makes for such a fun watch as the main premise of the plot is delightful as other characters have no idea whats coming.

I'd be thanking God everyday if I had a mom who supported me throughout my whole life like what Georgia did. Ginny's being such a bitch.

Overall the show was a bit of a let down, I'm glad it dealt with some good topics like racism but it took me a while to get to grips with this show. Though I just say I loved that last episode of the season and now I absolutely need season 2 just to see how that plot develops!
