This episode must have been filmed way later in production, because Sam is much more obviously pregnant than in the last few episode.
I looked it up, and turns out she got pregnant right before they started filming this season.

Issac's stag part was absolutely hilarious. Definitely one of the more funny episodes.
Finally an episode with Sam and Jay wrapping up the episode with more than just being in bed together!
