It was great to get an episode almost wholly focused on Peter and his inner turmoils. In some series the episodes only focused on a single character are the worst of it; e.g. The Walking Dead is notorious for putting everything else on hold and just gazing upon a character who usually isn't that interesting or is simply annoying to watch for a 30+ min on a go. But in ER, you just fell more love with the characters. In this instance, Peter has his struggles like in any longer scheme running over multiple episodes, but it seems very resolved and well thought out. All in all: one of the best episodes of the season - or oh, the hell with it, one of the best single episodes of the whole series so far.
