Well, crossover of Bergdoktor and Bergretter - and honestly, I watched this because of the Bergretter part. Unbelievably stupid plot with some kind of virus that was trapped in some kind of glacier cave and mutates when it comes in contact with a man sick with the flu. But of course, Bergdoktor knows best, shuns any quarantine-laws and thinks only he can save the world (and everyone else is stupid). And let's not mention the pregnant ex-girlfriend who's said to be dying which is why doctors are about to perform an emergency caesarean in week 24(!) which she isn't meant to survive... and she looks the healthiest of them all. Well, good to be reminded why I usually don't watch Bergdoktor...
