The writers of this not at all at the same level as those who wrote the original. Now they resort to science fiction and they keep bloating already weak stories with this Catherine bullshit.
Um.... maybe it's just me, but last time I checked but stepping in something and then walking it through the rest of the scene was a no-no? /facepalm
I am already at a point where I don't need to watch every new episode immediately upon release. Which is a sign of me losing interest. It's not downright awful but it's far removed from the older version.
And this one had a serious logic issue in the plot: how on earth did the FBI guys miss that eloctromagnet thingy at the crime scene ????

It doesn't make sense near the beginning when the CSI were checking the crime scene (the first time) and said that it could be airborne and need the suits, then shortly after they go to the hospital and walk into the enclosed sealed area without any protection whatsoever before knowing what made them all sick and of course killed a few. Oops! Good thing for the CSI that it was an EMP that did it. Lol
