9.3/10. Amazing parody of the "very special death" episodes. Taking the stuffing out of main characters going overboard whilst mourning recently/barely introduced characters like they've known them forever was a great premise, and making the "died too soon" teen Ponce de Leon added some nice metahumor to the whole thing. The cryptic statements from Ponce himself, the forced-seeming last minute fight between Ponce and JFK, and the faux-Sarah MacLachlan songs were all just pitch perfect jabs of that style of episode.
JFK's dim-witted, exaggerated grief was great on top of that. His inability to understand that Ponce is dead, his misunderstanding his subconscious manifestation of Ponce as a genie, and his freak outs about the whole thing were great. Lincoln's jealousy over Cleo's comforting JFK was mild stuff, but led to a very amusing scene of him trying to reassure JFK as well. And Joan trying to use this as a lesson on why they shouldn't litter (replete with Ponce's very dark and delightfully improbable death as an example) had laughs too.
In terms of comedy subplots, Gandhi getting orange warm-ups and being mistaken for a prisoner was slight, but amusing, even if the prison rape fakeout gag was pretty tired. But Scudworth's bizarre conspiracy against the janitor, including the black comic hilarity of his line "Well your son will still be dead when you get back" had me cracking up.
To that end, the way everything came together, from the clones trying to clean up the park in honor of Ponce, to Gandhi bringing his prisoner friends (who know about picking up trash), to JFK summoning animals to help them, to the whole thing leading to Glen the Janitor (voiced by The Janitor from Scrubs!) losing his job and thus convincing the clones to only litter in moderation, was outstanding. Overall, one of the sharpest parodies the show's ever done, and one of its funniest episodes to boot.
