9.1/10. Wow, I'm not sure I've seen a show that was this funny right out of the gate! There's a wonderful bit of absurd, random, and cutaway humor that really enlivens every comedic moment on the show. The love quadrangle stuff is a little forced, but the show takes it mostly as a chance to hang more jokes and set up just a little bit of stakes for what's happening. It definitely sets up the premise of the show nicely, and the different personalities of the historical figures are a big hoot. I like a lot of the music (Dashboard Confessional takes me back) though it does get a little too omnipresent at times. But overall, I laughed my ass off and found the characters very amusing, so sign me up for the rest of the series!
