In the first 5 seconds of the episode, Jay tells the doctor he's started putting his left arm into shirts first due to the gunshot injury. Then like 30 seconds later when he puts his shirt back on, he very much does not put his left arm in first. Lmao
So they saw the kid on the phone in the security footage, immediately assumed he was the lookout, went and arrested him. When it turns out he wasn't, then they check his phone records? Why wouldn't you do that first before doing anything else? Stupid.

That last scene with Hailey hit home way to much for me...that was such a rough scene to watch and for anyone who has an aggressive alcoholic father.
