This crossover event started out strong in Fire, but Med and P.D. both failed to carry it well. Weak middle and weak ending. Not very compelling.

I'm only watching the episode because of the crossover, so, although I got that there's tension between Jay and the blonde girl (Hailey?) I have absolutely no idea why. Does she like him? What's the story there?
