Why would they not check the entire watch before getting it appraised? That was just stupid.
Mouch definitely should've toned it down, but that training chief not passing him is nothing but petty. Mouch clearly has experience and knows what he's doing. Not passing him due to not following orders to the letter is dumb and a waste of time. He could've still reprimanded Mouch but then passed him.
