The women's lounge subplot was dumb and predictable. But, it did get me thinking: There was an episode shortly after Matt made captain where he declined moving into the blue office, so he could stay near the bunk room. But now that Herrmann is in command of his own engine, shouldn't Matt make the move to that office, so Herrmann can have his own office? Kind of unfair to keep Herrmann away from a privilege of his rank.
