What a load of crap. If that BS with the DCFS asshole wasn't enough to ruin the episode they added some woke crap about not enough women.
I don't know how Chicago DCFS works, but I do know that in 2 years of working in my office I've only known 2 or 3 people who would be that belligerent.

Felt like there was an unnecessary amount of comedic relief in this episode. Both Herrmann's makeshift office and the female captain denying Stella were played for laughs. Kind of a waste of time overall.
Matt should be forced to move to the blue office, so Herrmann can have his current quarters. It's really unfair to Herrmann.
The female captain being a bitch isn't even funny. She has no valid reason to be. The women's area thing that started this whole feud wasn't hers to begin with, and she was dominating it unfairly.
The budding 'romance' between Matt and Sylvie is so forced. There's no reason for it to happen, but the writers keep making Sylvie wistfully stare at Matt from a distance.
