I guess they rewrote the episode at some point after the synopsis was written? Because it says "the team is called to a harrowing scene of an 18-wheeler and receive a thanks in the form of tickets to see the band Rush," which is not what happened at all. It was a house fire. Speaking of that fire - they can't have every rescue play out the same, because it would get boring. I get that. But god damn that woman in the beginning was a fucking moron. Almost killed her baby and then herself because she couldn't wait 30 seconds. And then at the end she says "I didn't know what to do." Maybe listen to the people trying to save your ass, you idiot.
Didn't expect them to actually get some Rush members to appear. That's neat.
Who the hell introduces themselves to neighbors because they're staying in an Airbnb? Weirdo. Oh, this chick is up to something, and they're going somewhere with the plot. That makes more sense.
Oh hey, the detective is that doctor from Everwood. I don't think I've ever seen him in anything else before. And Treat Williams was on this show before too, hah.
There were a couple of good jokes in this episode. "I've never seen him run before." "What do you know about gangs?" "I've watched The Wire."
