I don't know what to say. Eddie took test WAY BACK when Jaime and her were partners, they both took it at the same time.
We never learned why or how it all shook out. I distinctly remember Jaime having scored top position on the test, but he also said Eddie didn't do badly. I just don't know the rules concerning who gets promoted to Sarge and who doesn't. She should have been promoted way back then? IDK man IDK.
