I’m sorry. This show has totally jumped the shark. And a while ago at that. I still watch for the double crosses and triple crosses, but the character motivations swing so wildly in the show, it’s almost laughable. One moment people are on the same side then on opposite sides then back on the same side. My neck is getting whiplash.
OMG, that last scene in this episode was so GD cheesy. Rhodes standing on cars with New Yorkers chanting with him. You know what New Yorkers would be doing. They’d be like get the hell off my car.
The problem has become that, everybody in this show is so filthy rich, it's impossible to care for any of them. I don't care what happens to Mike, or Wendy, or Chuck or Kate or any of them because whatever happens, they are going to land on their feet, the only loss of theirs being a part of their fortune. Just backstabbing and under-the-table deals. I suppose it's a pretty accurate look at the pointlessness of such people's lives, but why do I need to care? Sadly, this is going nowhere... Also, that scene at the end? Please...
