Not gonna lie, this season was kinda brutal (especially following the masterpiece that is Season 14). The cast was genuinely pretty bad people. The only saving grace of the season is that I do think the "best" player won the game and there was some good moments for tv value with the drama. In my opinion, the MVP twist was a flop and got Elissa further in the game for being Rachel's sister, but having America vote for the final few weeks was a better idea. As far as the cast, I found myself "liking" Spencer, McCrae, and Judd at different points throughout the season...but they all had their downfalls early on. Spencer thought he was a big bad ass and controlled things, but was a basically a pawn with confidence. McCrae attached himself to a showmance that overshadowed the ability for a superfan like himself to play the game. Judd was calm, cool, collected, then got blindsided on Exit 1 and had a near mental breakdown on Exit 2. Not to mention GinaMarie, Elissa, Amanda, Aaryn, Helen, and Jeremy were bitterly annoying, arrogant, idiotic, controlling, and/or racist. Andy being the winner of this season is controversial in itself. He is referred to as a "rat" as he slid back and forth in alliances among all the drama. Honestly, he played the game he needed to play this season in order to win. Is it terrible to watch? Yes. But it is what it is, he deserved the win over this awful cast. I believe this is the only season I can recall where I genuinely didn't really want anybody specific to win after about halfway through the season. Please skip this drama filled season unless you really enjoy Big Brother.
**Bonus Critique: They got rid of my favorite "annual twist" in Big Brother which is Pandora's Box. Darn them.
