Gillian Anderson dressed as David Bowie was something I didn't know I needed until now.
I can hardly imagine how Shadow was feeling during this. He saw things and whatnot before this that were unexplainable, impossible. But what happened in this episode was a very huge leap forward in that regard. I wonder what exactly Mr. Wednesday meant when he described Shadow as a god.
20 years later and Gillian Anderson is still responsible for giving boys everywhere happy dreams.
i never thought i would find anyone more attractive than gillian anderson, but then i saw 80s gillian anderson!!!
Great episode!! And finally we can see the faces of those New Gods and we start to understand the purpose of some many questions.
what a spoiler detail in the short resume of the episode. Really nesesary SeriesGuide?
Gillian as Bowie is fantastic. Her line "Putting out the fire..with gasoline" takes it up even more so!
Still bad XD and funny still showing dicks but scared to showing pussy are they gay or what ? XD
And by the way most up fucked series i ever watched.

Not Seriesguides fault! Look at the source and you will see it comes from the TvDb!
Wow, Browning is killing it! Amazing performance. Also, the police station scene is amazing.
This one is fucking insane. The conversation with his dead wife. Finally some real inside view at this gods war that has just been barely suggested until now. The police station scene is incredible. Wonderful performance by Crispin Glover with great assistance from Gillian Anderson. And the poor Shadow trying to realize what's happening in the middle. Insane. When I saw "Directed by Vincenzo Natali" in the opening title I had great expectations. Not disapointed in the least.

Me, at the beginning of the seasons: do gods die?
Me, after this episode: do gods have dental plan?
