It's difficult to get a good story into 4 minutes, this is fine. The art style is really nice, vibrant watercolors are good.
The thing is, in order to carry the show forward, there has to be something there, something to keep it going. Sadly the show is mostly just cute girls being cute and doing cute things, but that's about all.
Good if you want to take a 5-minute break from whatever you are doing for a little piece of pop candy, otherwise, there is not really much to keep this as a memory in your mind.
