A solid season. A lot of time is spent on the Will They/Won't They storyline, and it frankly doesn't work as well for me as other poignant sitcom couples, partially because it feels like it is just treading the same ground. However, some of the episodes were pretty funny this season. I think Abbott Elementary is still a throwback to the heyday of sitcoms, but it never fully reaches the heights of those shows it is trying to emulate. But considering there is nothing else like it anymore on TV, I think it is still worth watching if you enjoy this type of setup.
