I get what Hannah wanted.. but this way she's hurting everyone who listens to the tapes and wonders that they are the reason that she killed herself. And i don't understand yet how Clay deserves such a bad thing.
Also, 2 deaths in 2 months... who is the second?

When it seems like Clay and Hannah are finally becoming closer, a startling rumor puts a relationship between friends at risk. After the dance, Tony gives Hannah the tape with the slow song on it which can only mean she got the idea to use tapes for her suicide message from him. The guys still believe that Clay is up to something which puts them all at risk so they scare him and tell him not to do anything stupid. What is there to hide though?

I really hate the way Jay Asher chose to tell this story (or rather, I like the overall concept but it's just poor execution). However, I think the show itself is well-done. I love the way it's shot. Alternating between Then and Now is an old, overdone trope but the way they've done it for the series is actually interesting, layered in this manner. This ep, IMHO, was better than the previous ones.

Is funny, Justin actually thinks they're unstoppable.
He's so wrong.

How can one song bring smile to my face and break my heart at the same time
Such a sad and tormenting thing... to always wonder what your life would look like if you spent it together

Hmm... a straight white guy lecturing a struggling closeted asian girl on being gay. Yeah, that doesn't sit right with me. Clay, what if your actions drive her to suicide?

I was still laughing through out most of the episode, but the ending was genuinely emotional. Hannah Baker is still incredibly unlikable. And those guys think they are so intimidating to Clay, but they are so laughable.

I just want to comment on the song ("that one slow song"). Ever since I saw the trailer or whatever promotional video for this show, the main song stood out for me. The melody in the beginning is very similar to NSYNC's cover of "Sailing" (a Christopher Cross song, and one of my favorites). Have a listen if you feel the need. Good show, by the way!
