Wow, what a movie. When it ended, I felt like I had my freedom back. This sucked ass :skull:
The actors were good to be completely honest, but the plot and everything just was painful to sit through. Not gonna rewatch this one unless I'm being held hostage.
The gay teacher was my fave
def target audience is like 13 year olds though
Well.... this was okay'ish I guess.. just not for me.
You're So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah didn't live up to expectations. It felt weird, cheesy, and lacked the humor it aimed for. The characters were underdeveloped, making it hard to connect with the story. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience. I had high hopes for this film purely because of idina menzel
Cute coming of age movie about the stupid stuff we do when we’re younger and how we can mend relationships. Some super-cringy moments, exactly what you’d expect from Hollywood. Loved the casual young temple vibe.
Needed more of the SandMan.
A new Adam Sandler movie is on Netflix. Let's strap in for a slapstick cheeseball movie that I will undoubtedly still enjoy even if it is awful. (Grabs popcorn) This is not that movie at all. It is a coming-of-age story that is equal parts dramatic and funny. Adam Sandler is just the side character dad, and it is all about his daughter! It was a pleasant surprise I did not expect. This will surely connect with a certain culture more than others (as all coming-of-age stories do), but I can confidently recommend this one!

I am definitely not the targeted audience of this movie, but it was enjoyable! I won’t watch again, but it was cute enough.
It was cute... no need for a rewatch though
We absolutely LOVED THIS FILM
A few giggles here and there. I might rewatch it someday.
I'm definitely not the target audience for this movie so i wasn't that into it. There were some funny moments though and it's not as bad as certain other Sandler movies on Netflix.
Literally how was Stacy the bad person at the end of the movie??? Fuck Lydia
Fun watch with some laughs and light moments. Fun coming of age for a Jewish girl's Bat Mitzvah. :thumbsup_tone1:

I felt like i was watching an inside joke between a bunch of rich Jewish Americans. if you're not rich or Jewish or American, there's not a lot here to relate to.
