I discovered this on a Spanish-language channel. & seeing that it's a noisy action movie starring an aging Val Kilmer in a stupid-looking wig, expect the expected. Good thing I was also websurfing on a laptop so I didn't have to endure the crap alone.
Terrible movie, only watch it if you are curious.
Appears to be an interesting story at the beginning but with a bad rollout, with many disgusting and appealing killing scenes. I don't recommend watching it.
