It's an interesting concept but not executed well. Too many missing pieces made the story crumble like the main actors mind, but I can't grasp the full effect of what it's trying to portray.
Sally Potter composes a puzzle of times and memories that does not fit well because there are missing pieces. Supported by two irregular performings, the director wants to present the confusion caused by mental degeneration, but she cannot prevent the result from being topical and somewhat biased (the doctors without empathy). These mirrors between a possible past and a possible present are more banal than profound.

I didn’t regret taking the road to see this movie. However, despite an intriguing concept it isn’t as good as it might have been. A short running time suggests too much editing could be to blame.
