can i tell something positive for this movie? no
I find it strange that the rom com has effectively died out. Everything now is edgy or "anti-rom com" rom com.
This made me think... If you took My Best Friend's Wedding and updated it so Julia Roberts being such a bitch was acknowledged and not ignored, and then made the many characters more broad and woke... It is this.
It's genuinely funny in parts. It is charming to an extent. And it is one of those films set in a London that just doesn't exist.
Despite its flaws and a few uncomfortable moments that didn't land right, I actually quite enjoyed it.

The movie has a great cast but the script is dismal. A shame because there was scope for something sharp and funny here. Instead, it plays like a melodramatic TV movie with added swearing.
Not without it's charm, and definitely has some funny moments, but not particularly original. Leans a bit heavily on the trope of women as mothers shared trauma.
kinda boring sorry but most of all silly dialogues ^_^ it felt like watching a poor sitcom... only the honk laughing in the background was missed... what a pity that the script for Kristen Bell wasn't better in comparison with the rest of the confused story but she is still a Top-Actress and her body is amazing regarding her age ;-)
so in total voting meh
!!!
Was this awful script written by AI?
"The people we hate at the wedding"ù as a title it rolls right off the tongue...
This was poor to the point of funny, like sharknado but not nearly as bizarre.

What happens when you take all romance and comedy out of a rom-com? Now, thanks to this turd, you can find out. What a complete waste of a talented cast.
