Great slasher. You can see where 'I know what you did last Summer" and others got some "inspiration". It's a little rote, but totally well done. Killer looked cool too.
A unique, creative, and effective slasher. I'd say hopefully they don't try to remake this one with a modern twist but that's already been attempted.

Decent sorority-prank-gone-wrong slasher, even though you can see the ending from miles away. The plot is what you'd typically find in 80s slasher, but it's effectively tense with the score that's so haunting, and certainly engaging with the fun characters and the mystery at the center. There's a nice creepy atmosphere laced through the film, and it also delivers on the kills with some surprising style borrowing from giallo films. The kills are a bit mediocre at first, maybe because the weapon used is lame, but they get better as the film goes. The mystery is sustained long enough and there's a couple of cheesy moments to keep things consistently interesting.
