One of those movies that warms your heart at how beautiful and emotional it is. The concept was also a refreshing take on the otherwise predictable romance genre.
Hyo-joo got a permanent place in my heart after this, she was strikingly beautiful.
second rewatch of the movie;
excellent pacing and directing, and fun at the same time
i loved the way they merged korean + japanese in that scene at woo-jin's home, and how they sorta overcame the language barrier
the facial expressions / reaction & line delivery when she saw him as a kid was p e r f e ct
"could you at least.... call me ma'am?" im dead.
her joining in on his "that's it for today" daily video logs warmed my heart
the wide shot as they're walking in the snow was gorgeous, + beautiful lighting
also this film's score was BEAUTIFUL.

I'm conflicted on this one. I LOVED the first ~75 minutes, but the rest was... I don't want to say "meh", but I didn't really feel them, even though the conflict was understandable and the resolution logical and satisfying.
I love this movie's poster.
Also, Han Hyo-joo is such an amazing actress. This woman really had an almost flawless chemistry with 20+ actors and actresses throughout the movie like it was nothing. I'm amazed that she's not huge in the Korean industry.
