The Art of Getting By 2011

A movie about pretentious white kids. What a surprise.

We live alone, We die alone. Everything else is just an illusion.

That was a lovely film that was played out great with a good performance from freddie that’s definitely become a decent actor.

Stilted dialogue (think bad Woody Allen) and lead actors who seemingly can't emote make this somewhat of a disappointment.

Could have been better with a different last third.
But not bad either.

Great movie, its special for me

A movie about selfish horrible people that get rewarded for being selfish and horrible.

I think I have a pretty high tolerance for manic-pixies but wowza this is a rough one.Honestly they both suck as people. The difference is even as badly written as this is, Emma Roberts' Sally sucks in ways that make me feel she's a teenage girl (mostly). George is just mostly a dick.

I watched it as a teenager and loved it. I don't know how I will feel about it now.

I love the music in the movie, the movie itself is quite boring though.

The story went off track, but at the end
somehow managed to hit me hard emotionally I don't know why I actually felt bad for George,
The movie tried to revolve around a realistic plot but ends with totally unimaginable and happy kind of ending.

Pros:
Watch only if you want to see Emma Roberts.
