I prefer the French language original, but this movie does deserve the terrible reputation it has either. This is fairly mediocre.
The US version of french movie "Taxi" is much worse than the original. Still, it's a fast and funny action flick, but only because the ripped-off story from the original "Taxi" movie is so great.
BTW: This movie is called "NY Taxi" in Europe.
