There is a lot right, but too much wrong here. The premise is stretching the trope of the chevron count even further than SG:Atlantis, the enemy too easily penetrates the base's defences, the Destiny is a bit too Battlestar Galactica in tone & too much time is spent on a featureless desert. Against those minuses are the pluses of many of the characters & the possibilities of the scenario they find themselves in. Shame that it was cancelled before all of these could be fully realised.
