Sally finds herself back in the nightmare that has haunted her for almost ten years.
Originally planned for a Halloween 2014 release, erratic production scheduling and constant script changes prompted several of the main cast to leave production before filming completed. The film was considered cancelled since it did not have a final act filmed. The film's editor leaked a 7 minute cut onto YouTube on 12th September 2014, the final act was explained with on-screen text. The upload was removed six days later.
