B-movie. Low budget. Blessed with a breakout performance from Scott Adkins so it is worth a watch if you're a fan of his. His fight scenes are worth 1 or 2 extra on the score here.
Otherwise it's too cheap to really enjoy. Think Chuck Norris late 80s fodder.
