What I found most intriguing was the insidiousness and escalation of the language being used at the beginning and how it was used to test the waters and see if the new recruits were of the same mind. The casual and playful introduction of hate symbolism. I didn't really know what I was getting into with this one but it was right there from the very beginning with the children's book about the puppy with the beautiful white fur, followed up with a quick bit of programming of the small child to teach him that janitor was beneath him and needed to be put in her place. Then, it just kept getting more and more intense until the final confrontation. Coupled with the utter lack of remorse and mechanical problem solving to "clean up their mess".
I think this was a good film, but a tough watch, and I would disagree with not classifying it as horror.
Went in completely blind for this one didn't even read any synopsis I wanted to see what the buzz was about. It's a complete mystery up until you see that pie, which is pretty much the trigger warning. It was a jarring moment and it's kinda brilliant. I was boiling on the inside and sitting uncomfortably listening to their conversation. Great camerawork there absolutely clever the way the camera slowly reveals all the characters as they talk one after the other. Although the conversation is painful to hear and the characters are absolutely unlikable I was drawn into their madness. The second half is an adrenaline shot it just keeps peaking in madness as it unravels it's real life horror. It's very infuriating, disturbing and it challenged me not to punch my TV screen. Your ultimately left realising that people like that actually exist and that's the real terror. I'm not certain if that was the whole message of the movie or if there's something i'm missing because everyone knows this exists in real life so it's nothing new.
The whole thing is filmed in real time with no jump in time, it's 1h30 of a night and it looks like the whole thing was done in one or two takes which is incredible. Great performances all around the way it's shot and the intriguing story make it very immersive. I didn't like the final shot it felt cheap and unrealistic compared to everything prior. Overall an uncomfortable, provoking and sad movie experience that unfortunately feels very realistic.

It was a pretty decent movie. Started out boring. With how the world is turning this movie is pretty believable
It's best to go into this one blind/unprepared so the movie can work on you.
The first 30 minutes or so were extremely uncomfortable, after that it becomes a bit predicable if you ever saw home invasion horror movies before. But even if, I'd still recommend it.
An unashamedly heavy handed but deeply unpleasant and genuinely terrifying psychological horror. It's stirring and more provocative than I thought it would end up being. I'm not sure how to rate this one. It's easy to dismiss it as a mere provocation, however its provocativeness is what leaves an impression. The single take approach definitely up the tension and drama to remarkable levels.
just some racist white women thinking they can get away with literal murder. don't bother watching imo, especially not if you're a person of color.

Difficult to watch but still well made, this is a shocking and frightening life-like movie.
Fast forward movie goes no where but hate. definitely a republican movie 4 sure. hez to the now. gotta show every step. beyond boring
OMG! Although uncomfortable, unpleasant, this is a great movie. This is that kind of movie where a bad decision escalates until the point of no return. Camera work is outstanding in a style that seems like a single shot and gives to the movie that frantic feeling. The overall story seems like way too much but I'm certain that these kind of things actually happen in real life as twisted as it seems. A must watch if you're into home invasion genre.
This movie was so stupid. This wasn't horror at all.

Please do yourself a favour and stop reading reviews; watch this movie as blind as you possibly can. This movie rides and dies on shock value, so stay as unspoiled as you can on your initial viewing. Even me telling you this as a prerequisite is probably going to takeaway some of the shock I felt that made my viewing more enjoyable than it otherwise would have been.
The subject matter is heavy and reminded me a lot of Funny Games; bad people doing bad things for bad reasons.
Did I enjoy this movie? Not really, and I think that's the intention, but the initial reveal and rollercoaster I felt during the opening 30 minutes is the kind of stuff I love in indie cinema. When an unassuming picture like this tackles such grim, horrible topics out of seemingly nowhere. I'll never return to this movie, but it did shock me, and I really enjoyed the implementation of it's single take style. Can I recommend it? It'll be up to the individual if the ugly topics it focuses on are something they can stomach, or give 90 minutes of their life to.
