Surprisingly good. I read the books when I was a kid, but didn't see the movie until just now (at 39). It had its ups and downs in the first 2/3, but the last third of the movie was incredible, brought it all together. Not great in a technical sense or anything, but a solid family movie.
great family movie. My wife loved the movie and we related to the children (having two girls). Watch this movie if you have kids.
This movie made me discovered Selena Gomez and I've loved her ever since. It was a nice rewatch
