I't's unfortunately (but understandably) very hard to find and it didn't age well. The songs were many and very boring, and the score was somehow out of place, it didn't connect much with the beautiful animations. I suppose this movie was meant for very small kids, but honestly I think even a child would find this boring. I also felt like the voiceactors were very bad casted, especially Babette and Raggedy Ann, that had this sleepy-inducing soft spoken voice. Overall it was a musical mess... However, as I said before, the movie has some beautiful and fluid traditional animations and is a real shame there isn't an HD version of it.
