Right up my alley. Low budget high acting exposé. Kirby playing Bundy was excellent. Worth checking out if you want to learn more about what happened between him and Hagmeier in their sessions. Did drag a little in some areas, but overall well worthy of your time. 7.1

It was good. They never actually recreated any of Bundy's murders but as they talked about them, you could almost see it. And I thought it was an interesting decision to splice in some footage from back when he was on death row.
Easily the best movie about Ted Bundy out there. The actor playing Bundy did an amazing job. I would suggest watching the Netflix documentary "Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes" before watching this as it helps put this movie into context if you don't know the whole Bundy story.
Really excited when it was first announced but honestly the trailer didn't look very promising. I love Elijah Wood so I watched it anyway and let's say I was pleasantly surprised by this. Fascinating true crime film that focuses more on the unusual relationship developed between FBI agent and a serial killer before execution day. Very compelling as a character study and it also features terrific performances from both Luke Kirby and Elijah Wood. The tension is there throughout the film. Their chemistry is incredibly good and mantains my interest at peak. Also great editing and well-paced. Definitely worth a watch.

The acting carried this movie, I recommend you watch this after watching the Mindhunter series which is on Netflix because that story happened before this one and describes the start of the FBI's psychological profiling section.
