Given the subject matter, I found this to be kind of underwhelming. There is a very short list of moments in Entertainment that exceed the significance of the radio broadcast of "War of the Worlds" and the influence of "Citizen Kane". Even to my talent-less eyes and ears, he was a master.
I would recommend this documentary as a lesson in Film history. But I was a bit letdown. Maybe it scored lower with me than I thought it would because if I had ever met Welles in real life, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have liked him.
