A fun romp, following a motorcycle club through the Yokohama landscape. Specifically, it focuses on one biker, Ken, who joins the MC on a whim when he sees a beautiful woman named "Lady" and decides to follow her to a bar to try and pick her up.
I do have a bit of an issue with Lady's character, as she's mostly only portrayed as a prize to be competed for between Ken and another member of the MC, Arthur. However, she does have her own backstory as well, it's just not quite as fleshed-out as I would have preferred it to be, and her place as a sex symbol in the story is probably the reason why it isn't.
Still, the moment to moment action is fun, the animation is pretty good, and the music is boppin'. If you're a fan of 80s OVAs, you won't be disappointed, as this is certainly one that is a bit above average compared to others from the era.
