Can’t make head or tail of this one. Constantine fighting Amazons in BRITAIN?

I discovered this on the Spanish-language channel UniMás while an NCAA football game on another channel was at halftime. The only thing good about "Decline of an Empire" (its other name, & emphasis on "decline") is watching it in HD (e.g. audio, set pieces). It's a damn shame this dull movie is Peter O'Toole's swan song; quite often when remembering a dead actor, it's best not to remember their last movie or TV show. He along with the older actors slummed through their lines. Meanwhile, the actress playing Katharine is hard to remember. She doesn't even have a photo on this page or on IMDb! So the next time I see this movie, I'll probably catch it during the middle or end of an inning of an MLB game on Fox.
