I loved this movie when I first saw it as a child. I thought it still holds up today. I didn't remember Pat Boone was in this one, so that was a pleasant surprise. Of course, Hans will always have a special place in my teenage heart.

My favorite character, however, was Gertrude. And I still can't get over the fact that they did her poorly in the end. Shame.

Also, I'm not entirely sure, but it looked to me like those iguanas maybe were hurt for real while filming this movie. Also, a shame.
